Meet the Team

Our executive director, Catherine Ratelle, has more than 25 years of experience in the senior living industry. She has a passion for bringing joy to residents by providing quality care, fostering independence and offering outstanding customer service. In her most recent position with Integral Senior Living, Catherine was able to serve senior residents by opening new communities and improving already established ones. She aims to continue providing enjoyable experiences for residents at Coastal Heights Senior Living and is excited to lead a service-oriented community with a variety of choices for each resident to thrive.

Cindy Contreras has 20 years of experience working in the senior living industry. Her passion for caring for seniors motivates her to make a huge difference in their lives. She finds it rewarding to see each senior’s journey as they experience the benefits of Coastal Height’s community. From seeing them dancing at socials every afternoon to meeting new friends in the dining room, she feels blessed to have such a rewarding career.  

When Cindy is not at Coastal Heights, she can be found watching her son Dylan play hockey with her therapy dog Puck by her side. Cindy brings Puck to work every day to brighten the days of the residents at Coastal Heights! 

Heidi Peter is the Vibrant Life^® director for Coastal Heights. From a young age, Heidi had a strong connection and love for seniors. This passion has led her to take senior living positions at multiple companies, working on both the East and West coasts, and all starting at the age of 18. Heidi focuses on planning activities and enriching the life of each resident. She sees helping seniors as a blessing because she gets to do what she loves to do.   

When she’s not at Coastal Heights, Heidi can be found exploring and photographing different cuisines with her husband and friends or singing with the Meritage Vocal Arts Ensemble. 

Morris Gould brings over two decades of experience to Coastal Heights Senior Living in his role as Building Service director. Throughout his career, he gained knowledge in maintenance and the service industry through leadership positions. Morris is passionate about helping and serving others. During his free time, Morris enjoys surfing, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with his wife and family.
