Catherine Ratelle

Executive Director

Our executive director, Catherine Ratelle, has more than 25 years of experience in the senior living industry. She has a passion for bringing joy to residents by providing quality care, fostering independence and offering outstanding customer service. In her most recent position with Integral Senior Living, Catherine was able to serve senior residents by opening new communities and improving already established ones. She aims to continue providing enjoyable experiences for residents at Coastal Heights Senior Living and is excited to lead a service-oriented community with a variety of choices for each resident to thrive.

Rosa Takahashi

Business Office Director

Rosa Takahashi has over 25 years of experience in the senior living industry. In her role as business office director, Rosa oversees the business office to ensure employee and resident needs are met. Rosa loves working with and learning from seniors, and it is her mission to provide the best possible care to all the Coastal Heights residents.

Anna Trudeau

Co-Director of Sales and Marketing

Anna Trudeau brings over 15 years of experience in health care-related public relations, marketing and family wellness consulting to her position as co-director of sales and marketing. One of her primary missions is to be a valuable resource to families, the community and the health care industry. Anna serves others by working with older adults and being a strong advocate for health care professionals.

Susan Parker

Co-Director of Sales and Marketing

Susan Parker has over 15 years of experience working with seniors. She has consulted, educated and placed seniors in both employment and residential community life. Her commitment to caring for the senior population is reflected in her enthusiasm and joy.

Kelly Brady

Vibrant Life® Director

Kelly Brady graduated from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln with a degree in sociology and gerontology and has served as the activity director at Coastal Heights for over five years. She has a wide array of experience working in independent living, assisted living and memory care. She has also served as a board member of the Southern California Association of Activity Professionals.

Josh Sack

Building Services Director

Josh Sack worked in building maintenance for four years prior to attending California State University–Long Beach, where he received a degree in business management. While at CSU–Long Beach, Josh spent two years working in construction retail sales. This experience taught him a lot about construction and how certain tools and materials can make an operation more efficient. Josh is excited about working in senior living and has made great connections with the residents. His motto is “Work hard and have fun!”

Robert Sands

Culinary Services Director

Robert Sands is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He worked in white-tablecloth restaurants and private country clubs, like Scotts Seafood and Santa Ana Country Club. For the past 15 years, Robert has worked in assisted living and kosher facilities.
