Our partnership with EmpowerMe Wellness provides our residents with personalized outpatient therapy solutions. Their treatment approaches are individualized, functional and person-centered, and can include modalities and hands-on exercises to decrease pain, promote healing and restore functions. They offer physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy and wellness programs.

Thanks to our partnership with Apex Homecare, we can provide extended care for residents who may find their care needs have changed since moving to the community. The program helps residents with medication reminders, assistance with bathing and personal care, transportation arrangement, and more. Packages range from medication reminders only to around-the-clock care.
